Fully Automated, autonomous production centre for “Laser Poles”

 
Soupole is the first fully automated production system for laser welded lighting poles.
Starting from coiled rolled steel sheets consisting of different thickness and surface types are easily transformed into conical shapes.  These conical shapes allow for forming of the pole and allows for the laser welding process which offers many advantages compared to other commonly used production processes.

The Soupole is the first step for mass production of conical hollow sections/profiles and opens the door for the automotive and construction industry.
