Form manual loaded up to fully automated laser welding machine for cylindrical or oval tubes with intergraded forming process.
The Soulex is fully automated tube forming and welding machine. It is very well suited for use in the exhaust, filter, ventilation and heating industry; as well as everywhere high quality round, oval or poly-oval shaped tubes must be formed or welded.
The cut to size metal sheets is fed into a roll former either from the de-stacker or from the de-coiler by means of a vacuum gripper arm. Proper mechanics prevent feeding of double sheets depending on the requirements.
A two roll former or a multi-roll former will be used by default in the welding machine and is equipped with a fibre laser distinguished by high efficiency and welding speed up to 10 m/min. All of the modules are designed for quick change over in order to facilitate economic production even with a large number of tube variants.
