The manual stitch welder for 1000/1270/1540 mm
VSTW-E is an all purpose machine which is effective in any environment due to its simplicity and raggedness.
Money – Stitch welding is a high quality weld seam without adversely affecting the material being welded. The electroplating remains undamaged and eliminating the possibility of expensive reworking such as sealing or repainting.
Time – Recyclable copper wire electrodes ensure that no time consuming rework of the work pieces is required. The uses of copper wire have significantly reduced the amount of necessary maintenance on the weld rolls and therefore increase the lifespan of the rolls as well.
Material – Stitch welding has an option to weld with a 6mm or 8mm (0.24”or 0.31”) overlap to ultimately minimizing material expenses. Material thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.0 mm (0.016” or 0.04”) electroplated, cold-rolled or stainless steel can be welded with the stitch welder with out issues.
The stitch welder has an adjustable weld speed of 3-12 m per minute (10-40 ft/min) creating a productive and efficient machine. Weld seams created are completely air tight. The system is simple to tune to various product dimensions and part geometries. The VSTW-E is available with arm lengths of 1000 mm, 1270 mm, 1540 mm (40”,50”60”) or with custom specifications.
