The automated stitch welding machine with high output

The new stitch welder SWA 400 significantly reduces your labour expenses.  All pipe parts are connecting pieces to bend pipe segments and can be welded on it automatically with high output.  The welding process of the SWA 400 is based on the proven technology of the stitch welder SWL.  Fixed forming tools can easily be exchanged and ensure short retooling time and high production quality.  The compact dimensions of the SWA 400 can save valuable floor space in our production line with it’s small footprint.

The SWA 400 has an output of 10-12 pieces per minute depending on weld diameter and weld length.  Retooling for a new product or a new diameter requires changing the forming tool and the welding parameters which typically take 10 minutes.
